i just finish downloading underground rappelz unlimited
then i downloaded the new luancher
there is a file called "RUNME FIRST"
when i run this file normal or run as admin.
it gives me this msg.

u must download MSWINSCK.OCX file from internet,and the u must put it in ur windows/sistem32 and ur done

it worked for me
for win7 put it in windows\syswow64 at least thats what i had to do, since windows\system32 didnt work for me, had to use google for that one no need to regsvr32, its self-registering.
