First i was having problem at Prince aoura server and solved
and then i was having at captain herloc and solved
now i have one at the lanching

after lanching the lancher nothing appear !

type:

Start SFrame.exe /auth_ip:192.168.0.3 /locale:ASCII /country:US /cash /commercial_shop

replace 192.168.0.3 with your lan ip

goto File->save as
change from .txt to all datatypes (dont know the correct english name of the option)

and save it as launcher.bat
