hey dude great work ;D ,

i have some bugreport :
1. resolution doesn't work really ( ich have 2 play 1600x1200) window, otherwise the camera angle switch doesn't work
2. i have the bug that the char isnt able to hunt Angel : it's called : ANTIMOP
after that he can't aim on other mops anymore
3.the loot doesn't work always
4.chipping doen't work always
5.Pethealing does'nt work ( he heals himself instead the pet)


add : I even don't know if this is a mistake 'cause of the resolution or not
AND THIS IS NOT A DESCRIMINATION OF UR WORK OR SMTH. LIKE THAT.
I really respect ur work ! like i would they in rappelz : biiiiig gz

I havn't skills in programming smth. but i would test ur beta versions exacty. IF you would work on it. Perhaps bots 4 some chars. ( Im a druid and need 3 pr 4 BUFFS it means it would be specialiest a bit )

BUT I just want 2 thank u 4 this tool. it is a big thing

Also a little bug : bot heals himself only when he has 25%-50% hp ( orange HP line)
and when his health is below 25% (red HP line) he doesn't. Would be nice if u fix this.
Also chipping works a bit strange, i mean sometimes bot doesn't chip

nabend erstmal ich bin neu hier und habe nhcit iel ahnung von dem kram. ich habe mir den bot geloadet aber ich weiß nciht wie ich ihn ans laufen bringe!^^

only works with a 1024x768 window. I chose this resolution on purpose so the vast majority would be able to use this bot. The reason it does not work is because the target info box and the macro bar at the bottom of the screen is further away from the character info box at different resolutions. for example... the target box is 416 pixels further out on 1440x900 resolution than it is on 1024x768. The buttons at the bottom of the screen have different X and Y values as the bottom of the screen is slightly further down. I am working on a resolution check, but that will be in a future version as I am currently working on debugging the current features. Fear not - there will be a 1600x1200 resolution release... that is the resolution I use on my Vista x64 machine... but this currently does not work on Vista x64 so I have not tested any on that resolution yet.

I am aware of this - I am still trying to address this issue. The bot traps are unfortunately doing their jobs and I have been unable to identify a bypass as of yet, but believe me when I say I am working on this.

Make sure you have downloaded the most recent one. I have already addressed the loot function more than once, and I am not having any problems with it on either Vista or XP at the moment.

Take care as to which healing spell you are using. Some healing spells are for the player only.
I have addressed pet healing quite a bit as one of the accounts I am testing this with is a levle 30 Cleric with a pet that is much stronger. I am not having any more issues with pet healing with the newest version of the bot.

I appreciate all of the thanks, and I do not take it bad when I get feedback. I understand that this is not going to work as desired at first and I will get negative responses to some of it.

Everyone keep in mind that you should be avoiding areas that have bot traps and you should be fighting things that are within your realm of strength. If you go to areas that are too challenging to your character then you will find yourself in town when you return. I am a very rare breed of programmer. I say that because I have no problem letting a very alpha stage of development hit the general public, where most would only use it themselves until it worked really good. I did this because I could not find anything for this game and it was easy enough for me to develop one.

I am aware of this. This was going to have a fix in the next version.

yes that is exactly what I am refering to. I know nothing about that and I am still learning. I will try to integrate that feature once I get most of the script debugged.

yes this script is supposed to move the camera. it does not work properly on every OS or resolution. I can add a second method of initial attack to the bot if you like. I was already thiking of adding two additional buff keys.

The assist macro does not work with a pet so it will be removed in the next version. Thank you everyone for your feedback. It gives me plenty to do when i get home from work on Friday morning (EST -5 GMT). I hope I answered everyone's questions. I do ask that if you were having problems with a part that I have claimed to have already fixed... please check that you are using the newest version that I have posted. I posted more than 4 different versions the last two days.

hmmm.. I do like this program. I tried making my own little bot but I completely suck at programming. When I use your program, which I do like =D, the problem that I am having is:
__when I run it w/ rappelz, just like you've said. it seems to work, maybe it's a resolution problem, but while running rappelz and JT's program it switches from windowed rappelz to JT's program when it is searching for targets. not really sure what's going on, just wanted to give you some feedback, and in case anyone else has experienced this and found a work around.

Win XP sp2 32bit, rappelz windowed 1024x768 top left, desktop 1600x1200
JT's latest release = JT Vista WinXP 1

but yeah, it just keeps going back and forth from rappelz window being highlighted as on top and then to JT's program, back and forth.

I downloaded the first file of this tread but I dont see any Screen turn function,or healinbg there...Where should I look?

just to answer your question its hard to send mouse commands to rappelz because the hackshield blocks them. The reason its done this is it locks the right button down so all it has to do is move the mouse but with the rappelz window in focus it wont. The program focuses on the bot moves the mouse and then focuses back on the rappelz window. This in turn lets use look around in game. Its a work around LOL


iv just noticed that the desktop has to be set to 1600x1200 for it to move the camera i think thats what asdf134 was on about.

I have found out that chipping don't works every time if bot is running to the target from far away. And bot is auto buffing in about every ~35mins, my buffs goes 10mins only... Could u change somehow the auto buffs time or find other solution? ty

OK... here we go again. I thought about a lot of the modifications all night at work and I have released them in this download without testing 1/2 of them. I was too excited to sleep this morning so I went straight to coding the changes. I see that my script gets plenty of debugging from the forum members... so why do it myself.

I added two additional buff F keys for those who want to use up to 4 buffs.

I lowered the recast loop of the self-buffs to approx 10 minutes. It is actually set to 10 full loops of the bot witch is about 10 kills. If this is too soon I will juice it up some more in the next release.

I added "pulling" attack that has a 2 second delay before it uses a force chip and enguages to attack. This was added as it was a requested feature - please read below for details.

I modified the healing script - I have not tested it yet, so I am not sure if it works. It should heal you when you do not have green HP, but it will not attempt if you are dead.

I modified the Bot-Trap code - not sure if this will help or not. Again, just like the healing script... I have not tested this yet. If you do not cause damage to a target after a certain ammount of time - it will make a final attempt to attack then disenguage and try to re-target a new target. This is very tricky as somehow Rappelz is able to block the attack macro after you try to attack a bot-trap. Like i said before, I am working on this.

I changed the GUI to reflect the changes to the F keys. Do not forget to make the changes in your macro bar as the additional buff keys changed some of them.

There are two different bots. They are actually the same one but I have not integrated the settings into the GUI yet so I have one with the Ranged attack pulling enabled, and one with it disabled. Why did I do this??? Because there is an additional 2 second delay before the bot enguages to attack if you are not going to pull with a ranged attack. This will slow the bot down and give another character more time to steal the enemy you have targeted.

Hey JT, is it possible to let the bot run in an eight or a circle? Because if you put the camera above your character the action radius is very small, and if you don't do, he will get stuck on a hill or something sooner or later..

I was thinking of the problem you had earlier with different machines different colours, so i thought of calling a global variable for the pixels before the bot actually kicked off. Basically storing the colours of that machine and inputting them manually.....................

Really good work, i was really bored last nite with the game going down and all so i decided to write a full script..... done a few tests and debugging 2day and it works well shall i say alittle to good. Have code for pet commands to work in game if you want it

Post the code and I will see if I can integrate it in one of the future releses. My only problem with that is currently I am trying to debug all of the features that I have included, and I would have to re-write the entire bot's core to change its method of handling colors. Every if and while statement in the bot has a Pixelgetcolor statement in it, so it would be a very daunting task. All of the possition variables are defined in the beggining of the bot, like possitions of the F keys and such. I was actually about to write the resolution detection script over the next few days and try to add support for more than one resolution. I kinda fixed the multiple OS problem by finding the more common colors between the two and using it to my advantage. I have several ideas that I have on the back-burner for color handling and like I have said before, I want to get close to perfection out of the current script before I play with that. I want to make sure that the current IF and WHILE loops are doing what they are supposed to do before I mess with thier logic.

here is an example of the multi OS healing script...

It is kind of like a series of NOT statements. It checks to see what the colors are not. If you have green HP one of the first two lines are going to show false and not continue the functions and skip the script. If your HP goes orange or red both of the first two lines will show true because your color value is not going to be either shade of green, and as long as you're not dead the third check is also going to be true so it will complete the healing function as outline in the script. This is my most recent work-around.

I am also currently devising a better method of the bot keeping track of the ammount of time that has passed since you last casted a buff on yourself. I will be including that in the next release.

@Yubari:
I would have to look into that. My only concern with that is... the bot could potentially end up in a far off place than where you left it. With the current targeting system the bot is requred to stay where it fought the last target. While with a movement system your bot can actually travel to different areas and walk into someplace it could not handle a little bit at a time. It would be almost impossible to calculate how far and what direction you traveled when you attacked the last target, so you would never actually be walking in a "figure 8" but more of just traveling in random directions between fights.

Yes, the bot does currently attack targets that have already taken damage, but I have decided that this is not entirely a bad feature. I found out it is related to the while loops I have setup to wait until a target is dead. I figured it is more valuable to have the more efficient fighting system than the ability to filter already hurt targets. I use flame shield so some of my targets are already hurt when I am buffed.

I am very suprised at the lack of debugging feedback on this release... is everyone still sleeping? or did it work much better?
