How to use files LUA

I don't understand how to use files with LUA extension.
Who can let me know, please.

To modify a LUA file you can open it in any text editor - notepad or notepad++ for an example.

lua files are located in your game bun folder inside of a scripts folder

Not sure what you mean you have corrective lua files for bugs though, but if it really is true that is where you will find them.
