Looking for a PServer where anything can be obtained instantly

Are there any private servers where one can litterally just sborn any maxed item, pets, max level, skill points, class etc?
I haven't played since like when they introduced master class and just want to find a private server where I can basically just run around through the world with everything maxed and without tedious grinding and/or group play seeing how I remember this game to be pay 2 win, ridicules weapon and pet grinding system etc.
Do any servers like that exist?

You're welcome on any russian or arabic private server, all of them are same, just different language

Do these servers function the way I'm looking for? I saw a few private servers posted here that have like higher exp rate or drop rate but none really where one could just sborn items, levels and points instantly, I think.

I also don't understand russian or arabic so language barrier for reading items etc could be a problem, seeing how I haven't played in over 10 years, but if you could point me to a server that would fullfill what I'm looking for I would appricate it.

You are asking for a server where they just give everyone unlimited admin or GM permission.

There are none sorry.

No, sadly not. However there might be a chance that something will be revived.
Due to the bad reputation build up by some projects who are available here they hesitate to make it public.
The issues include but are not limited to:

monetary gain (greed)
selfishness
limiting accessibility of items purposely (friends / donators win in PVP)

There are many issues that arose in the past years.
Often a project went down the ******* when a Dev teamed up with a bad GM,
or had general bad Staff. Finding trustworth people who guide the server well is difficult.
However most people who are still faithfull to this game won't cut
it to be a GM nor a Dev, see the past years.

I suggest you look for an alternative for rappelz.

what you say sounds like a joke.
Of course, many servers fail after a few weeks because the assumptions do not match what the developer does or vice versa.

But writing that it's better to look for an alternative than rappelz, you can better write to the discord of the official server because at least we as a private server community spend tons of nerves and time to give people a place to play which more or less resembles a normal, sometimes more difficult game. not what the official does with this game, it's just drama.

Throwing everyone into one sack "because some admin gave a colleague an item" is nonsense. and 99% of it is a lie, I know how people wrote Polish2Win on my server only because my friends played there xD

Really, there are a few hundred times too few players in this game for someone like you to try to "scare them away"

Guess I'll check back in another 10 years again. Maybe by that time servers like it will exist cause I really can't be bothered to grind a mmorpg like rappelz again that is a clusterfuck of grind with all these annoying mechanics of armor, weapon, pet grinding etc., nor can I be bothered to be looking for a dev who creates such a server with my funding.

You will have to re-write this post again with coherent English sentence structure because I have no clue what you tried to express. My best guess is "Yeah, try funding the time invesment of a dev who would create such a server" or similar?
Honestely, I don't quite get why the concept of a server with full access to all items, classes etc. at max seems like such an outlandish concept. Pretty sure test servers always were a thing for other mmorpg's too, plus you pointed them out specifically before, so please curb your sarcasam attitude. =)

Pretty sure they meant make your own private server. That only requires your time.

After all you didn't want group play you can be the only one on it.

English is not every ones native language. Brace yourself for some subtle mistakes.
