Nothing brings the feeling of nostalgia like playing rappels. I feel like a 15 year old kid again playing this game. Having tried all epics up to 9.7, I can say with confidence that 7.2 was the prime of rappelz. All the things you love about the game, none that you don't. The server is hard, but that is the fun of playing rappelz. Leveling and getting gear shouldn't be easy, then the game wouldn't be fun. I am currently addicted to the grind, come join. The admin is a nice guy.

ive read about the server and watched videos. its just like the rest. you start from horizon and skip trainee island, has NPC selling stuff, dungeon teleporters, server buffs from the start, player shops in horizon rather than flea market and many other things that discourage me from playing on these servers.

its nothing like original 7.2

you think it's easy for people to actually gear up even if high level players and mods gifting items/e pet cards and cash for starters?
you couldnt get past rank 4 in domination whether using staminas/gp's whether not. ironically, people been scared touching main hardmode dungeon bosses because they knew with you entire party will be wiped out even in crystal valley after all of them lvled to rank4.
and to be fair, during beta i personally asked drow implement boss doing its original skills in hard mode dungeons just for rising difficulty of killing them and hiting least two or three times harder to force people play disciplined instead of spamming bottles. aurumis was doing over 24-30k lazer. so having
full buffs and pieces still wouldnt have saved you if it crited, same story with +20 gears(regular 7.2 server boss doesnt do skills in hardmode-it's for more advanced veteran player that knows what theyre doing. and for azeroth, 10-15% hp mp inc and +30/+40 stat buff is only for weekend event, mana regen 20% is either perma or a long term event. pk is allowed everywhere on server, just this weekend temple of ancient is pk free because admin said let the people do gears(event after the new dungeon implementation so 155lvl players cant abuse the new armor they farmed for giving lots of hp).
old players helped me when i started and that way i got past r6 in two weeks reaching 139lvl by just solo duo or trio, and then questing to rank, until last week there were no r5 cubes strike and powders in npc so having +15/+20 r5 100lvl gears was a luxury. you either bought cubes elements or powders from people or randomly got from gift boxes you drop from monsters. at rank 7 i was running with +9/+10 swords devouring i've crafted or bought when i swaped from +20 r4 dagers ruthless, and just a day before r5 cubes were added to npc i hit a jackpot-made 1+14 2handed staff d3 for blue pixie. and then boom, r5 +20 gears value dropped tremendouslly.
so go on and get your ass to rank 7 and lets see what are you going to do there and if ull be capable figure out how to fully gear up even for rank 5s without donating. P.S. i only donated 10euros on server and that was enough to get me past r6 and reach r7, get essentials(20-30k bag, 55k lak necky etc). running +10+/+7 weapons r7 d3 and an armor. it doesnt mean i have super op gears. but i manage to play with what i've got. no the highest damage or the best duras used, but it can be doable if you just got slightest idea how to play with those equipment

in azeroth once you get in sanctuary you realise in hardmode that theres more than 6-7parties are dping not including solo players, middle near crystal 2 groups, bridge another party. naga spot-another dp. then middle near aurumis two more different player groups fits into for lvling, at aurumis 4more player groups. and pinlit 133+ spot-theres another spot where they stand. mobs respawns every 15~ minutes not 1.5 minute. so if u end up doing the last mob you lose time and wont find monsters to kill anymore since everything is taken.

on domi you were clearing dungeons mostly. on azeroth people usually look for free spot to lvl peacefully and constantly clearing someone monsters causes wars in end game. some players already became an ass to Flight members and theyre going pay in near future for that XD
not just rank 5s or r6s killing those players now because theyre close to lvl 140 but also r7s since they jumped onto some ungeared players. few nights ago couple of russian pk guilds were farming on their r6-r5 chars alts players who pked new starters into sanct hm and pp.

these are just twisted comments, that's all, look, they almost all have 1 message and the registration date is 2021, I strongly doubt that the players began to register here, specifically to write a comment under this server

i read about the server from their own discord, didnt like the features, i saw videos on youtube about the server, didnt like what i saw.

just another custom unoriginal 7.2 server.

still waiting for a pure vanilla 7.2 with no custom changes

what the fuck are you talking about? that the acc is new you think it's created to just comment under this server? to be fair. it's my third acc that was deactivated on purpose i dont a shit asses spamming in private messages(reg people). and frankly. i play on azeroth myself. i will tell you again, my first character lvling solo duo trio with +20 r4 dagers and armor d3 i was gifted from players/mods, money, e cards that i tamed to make basic belt pets got me to rank 6, the same armor served until rank 7, but then i had two +10+/- devouring r6 swords to advance further. i took about two weeks grinding from like level1 till level 139 before doing ANY WITCH QUEST OR VEILED ISLAND/SANCTUARY QUESTLINE TRIAL. that got me completely to level 150.
and there's a thing with ancient2020(gromodar) in domination over 20 or 30 players left behind not advancing above rank 3 because of his neediness to level as slower as possible. people were scared to go near hardmode bosses with him since they been doing skills unlike on normal mode, but hiting way harder
on azeroth during past two weeks were more than 20 if not 30 new starters. and only 5 or 6 of them been patient enough and motivated without donating to advance to rank 6 and then nearly rank 7. the rest just dropped out quitting the server lol. it's not as hard to level up as people think, especially since rank 5 ancient cubes and powders were added into npc.
if i got to rank 4 gears into rank 6 in like less than a week of playing 3-4hours a day. how long do you think it'd take me get to rank 7 ? maybe 5-6 days with full basic belt and +20 rank 5 gears
and thats with x1 xp + barely using weekends for x2 xp events to quicker lvl up.

there will never be full original vanilla 7.2 because the original type vanilla server bosses are just too dumb weak XD it needs skills to instant kill players or wipe parties in matter of seconds if one mistake was done by the tanks/dds or the healer itself.
domination from the beta to prewipe was custom 7.2 already. there been no bosses in hardmode dungeon doing any skills-this idea was suggested by the veteran player(-s) to be added to weed out people like you making them not to advance any further than rank 4-5
Drow agreed to do this in domi because he was going for hardmode server development that failed due to incompetent suggestions from cash shopers(also exploiters) of an arabic community that killed it begging it to make server easier which involved ocean going retard mode and adding octo buff 30mins then giving homo hearts even after entire development team decided to never do this.
just give up with your stubborness. original vanilla has things that makes server too easy, and rates isnt the case at this point. it's just when it comes to pve hard mode dungeon bosses they are dirty weak and easy to kill-so it needs a little boost that can make mistakes lethal to the parties.
P.S. i was in domination beta and was one of the few people that got to rank 5/95+ as a regular players on our own effort. and then one of the first people doing hardmode aurumis with 120+ level DP's without having entire team wiped out by the boss and with out got mother fairy bottle spams on the first domination server. back then gromodar, you still been lurking around lost mines and hardly managing to do first rooms of secret crystal valley LOL!

my biggest complaint that is something the gms could change if they wanted, is that only stamina savers are in shop, lucky pot/animal crackers/growth pot are in the cash shop, or once per hour you have to activate this npc buff to get a token, it takes 2 tokens for 1 luck pot / ac / 5 for a growth pot.

only other complaint (that im only listing incase it would be a deal breaker for others) would be theres almost no english players, a decent handful of the mostly russian it seems playerbase speaks english, but theyre only on in the very early morning hours for an american, so my chances to make trades/getting a dp are slim to none lol

oops hindsight; looters do break a lot, thats kinda annoying

i am curious though about how so many people are r7+/full 20 geared etc, seems like it would take wayyy longer for this many, did i miss some op exp/drop events?

donated or alot of hours of farming. theres people who got to rank 6 with r3-r4 +20 gears or so far to even rank 7, and thats before adding r5 cubes and powders to the npc. ss before was in cash shop too. server was harder than that.
r5 cubes/elements and powders were only from gift boxes or purchased from auction/other players and kart shops. for myself with their help i had r4 r3 +20 weapons how ever on r6 already got by my self +10+/- r6 1handed swords. most of the time soloed or sometimes duoed/trioed and that got me to lvl 140~ without doing any quests, within aweek and half, playing 4-5/6 hours a day.
'plus i didnt run slaves/alt chars unlike you. i just had buff scrolls.
if they added r6 cubes and powders to npc it'd be just too funny especially for old player player base who worked their ass off even for r5 gears that u now just take a piss off 120-150m and boom it's all complete in matter of minutes.
