Hmmm, try opening these ports also in firewall and see if that works same goes for upload server 4617 and log 4516

I will add these ports to Inbound rules and Outbound rules, is it correct?

Are you running the log server?

If not ignore it "cant connect to log server" will not keep a client out of the game.

That is really all it needs to run. You can however run whatever else you want, but not running the log server and getting a can not connect to log server error is not going to keep you from connecting a client and playing the game.

I am sure there is a language barrier here, as I am quite certain I am saying the same thing I just said.
