your server? you wouldnt know the first thing about being a dev, and if you think there aren't exploits in those files you are sorely mistaken

you did no work, you just found buggy files and branded it as lockdown

once players realize they spent lord knows how many hours to reach 150 for absolutely no reason, not to pvp, not to gear up for new content like what even is the point? I know lockdown is boring but ya gonna end up with schizophrenia after all those hours in toa/toe

I am not a dev i simply tested the server as a player, why shouldnt i be able to play? No one is getting any benefits since theres no reason for it, you can get anything in game yourself by farming.

So far the server has been very stable and it never lagged as far as im aware.

The guy thats spamming bad comments seems to be competition trying to make players go to other alternatives which are not nearly as populated or well managed.

We love having the owner in the game since you can always give him your suggestion and hes always there to listen and respond to what community wants and needs out of the server. This is why i believe this server is having so much success and will only grow in future.

the droprate of everything is way too high.
People are R7 after 2 days and have staged white dragons.
Also weapons get overpowered with awakening stones...
I can solo pp dungeon tanking 20 mobs and boss at once.
Buffs are also way too strong.
This is seneseless...

DEV and Staff seems competent but sadly they dont get the concept of oldschool servers.
It's about having a slow paced game...

I agree the server is not too hard to play on and level but its still slower than any other server out there.

Its been close to 5 days and only players who were grinding all day without making their own buffslave or upping their or their bufflslaves cards are r7, you can do it if you rush through the content.

People who like PvE will go another route and it might take them few weeks to get there, but people who enjoy PvP at r7 are able to get there and enjoy different kind of content.

So its all up to you and how you enjoy playing.

Played it for three days because nostalgia kicked in. This isn't even remotely close to what the game once was. Would not recommend.

not really trying to be e5 nor any other epic the goal is to have a good time. got 40 people online and few partys going on what else can you ask

Wow, 40 people? Barely enough to fill one dungeon party at every rank. Not that you need to party in the first place given the fact drop rates are way too high and you simply outgear content. There is nothing to chase really, there is no thrill of taming valuable pets or finding that one decent piece if gear that either nets you a decent amount of cash or serves as an actual upgrade for your character.

What else can I ask for? Gonna be honest:

• an server based on an actual oldschool epic, not this custom clown fiesta bullshit everyone is doing
• actual low rates: R6/7 should take weeks/months of grinding
• low drops/tame rates: bring back the excitement of taming an orc or hawk, imagine theres people with staged wd's one week in (lul)
• leave the game vanilla. Most custom content goes against the games core design and simply doesn't work longterm

.. and so on.


Yours simply can not deliver a good experience and will die out in a week or two. There is just no incentive to play when everything is handed on a silver platter. Or the main dish being not very attractive in the first place.

40 people is way more then have, that is 40 char....
Yeah it is the tipical 2 week content server.

The server has had its ups and downs. After the bad apples were eliminated I can only hope things progress now. Having stability and consistency are very important to people. Guaranteeing no wipes from this day forward is a positive movement in the right direction. Realistic drop rates and slower progression is a much better approach. I hope this server lives and grows strong for years to come.
