HELP! the npc does not receive my quest

Hello everyone, I have the pleasure to write in this forum in order to receive a little help.
I am trying something new with version 6.2, but I have the following problem:

I can take the quests, make progress of them but I cannot deliver them since the npc does not receive it even though it shows me that it is already complete

.
