First of all, those identify-results needn't be impossible.
But by the way...it's a p-server, and -if you don't get that- it can have custom modified content, which is not always exactly like the retail/official server.

Second thing.
Awakening works all as it should. There'd be already a lot more flame about if it wouldn't.
The only thing that doesn't work is the emblem-thing, and that was already explained by the DEV why it does not work.

Third Thing.
Wow, you really flame because you can't tame everything with first try?
Dump the db_monster.rdb from client, look into the taming_percentage and then we can talk again.

Fourth thing.
The admin is away at the moment, and those things like that unicorn-modeleffect-update are always just parts of updates, but since you posted only a part of one update, I guess you already know you're just a shit-talker

Dispell Magic was changed as a request of community.
If you're unable to play pvp without removing buffs from others, then maybe you've chosen the wrong class.

In complete, you seem to be just a flamer who does not get everything he wants.
Very awkward to show such behavior in public.

You get +3 on your skills with +24 helmet or +2 with +22 helmet etc, don't you? ^^
Also the others work fine. Otherwise Magus would be able to hold you in permanent petrification without seal or anything else.

That also works fine.
That the awakenings on emblems don't work is a fact which is also confirmed by administration - so no need to talk about that.

Oh, it seems you run already out of arguments since you don#t react on the other statements.
I also did not say you need to have the database of Arcane to check that.
A simple request to the administration would work fine.

But even if it would be a minor change there on this one armor, which you can't clarify as illegal one...
You've listed 2 (in words "two") small issues why you blame the server?
If you would be interested in bugfixing, then maybe you should report bugs instead of flaming about something unnamed.

Maybe you should stop farming with Bots (which aren't allowed as you can read in rules) and collect useful ideas to improve what you see as bad things.
If you have good arguments for changes, the administration is always open-minded to listen.
