we have facebook for a reason, its to contact us if we didn't notice.
(we added skype & MSN buttons right under our Received Thanks , it is so easy to reach us .
I'm not just an admin, I'm a dev, I'm a student, I'm also the person who replies to all messages in facebook before he sleeps.some messages may slip and I can't see them, I do my best to write everything in both Arabic & English.
server population depends on you, not us. we have published the server to our best, and translated all we can to English just so both can enjoy.(teaser "Italian language coming soon")
if my server is easy, I don't consider that as a negative feature, its day 3 and nobody hit r7 yet, not easy as you think ^^.
we have certain difficulties and certain stuff that shouldn't be hard.
anyways from your previous comments, I no longer shall answer you, because all you do is pointing mistakes and bad sides only (which we don't have either)

The server is officially English and Arabic but almost everything is written in Arabic by the admins.

The admins seem to be not interested in it.
First it should be an oldschool server,
now all rates were increased, because it was too hard for the "professional" Arabs players.
A boring server, where again 90% Assa is played, because other classes are not balanced.
A few days, maybe a few weeks and the server is dead.

a player asked "when do you put lucky pot", and I answer not gonna happen today, is that important to write in English?

too many complaints, I didn't see anyone willing to play with the original rates, why would I proceed? not much changed
exp x3 = 5
drop x10 = 20
we can't edit classes without asking players, you see when we edit mages and give them a buff , other classes complain, it's either all or no one at all.
and btw first
are all diffirent classes ? you said 90% assa
