It will not work anyway, unless you have a KTS 9.4 client already any other client needs to be updated via the patch server and will update to 9.5

KTS=Korean Test Server.That server is 9.5.If you need 9.4 get korean live server client,which is 9.4

Yep should load those as the string resource for the client no matter how the client is launched.

They go inside the resource folder in the client.

I can not promise they will work though. I have no idea what version the download is at I just know I had to update it to be at 9.5 for the test server. Then I only lacked an account to play. So they may be 9.4 but they may be even earlier.
