[HOW-TO] Setup 9.1

I did everything like you said...Server runs perfectly but my game client won't start. I use the official Client from Webzen with .bat Launcher(Selfmade), SFrame from Revolution Server and the RappelzCmdLauncher. But yet, after starting the .bat Launcher I get the message: "Localeinfo" File not found. Was using the search function but didn't find anything that could help me..

Make sure: /locale:ASCII /Country:US (if you are US)

You should get the German client and it should work...some clients do not like to cross locale.

Maybe you can try dumping the localeinfo.ini from the client and hash it for your codepage launch and place it in the client resource folder.

In the data files with a client dumper, but hold on just one second.

You are using a US client because you say you hate your language and don't want a German client.

But then you are trying to launch the US client with the windows code page and DE country which in effect will launch the US client in German if it worked.

Yet if you launch the US client in locale ASCII and country US it will fix your localinfo.ini error.

Why are you trying so hard to launch the US client in German language if you hate your language?
