You are the reason Rappelz p-servers are nothing. I was a part of it as-well and I am guilty of hoarding myself. But no more, the only way to true progression is FREE OPEN SOURCE TOOLS. Furthermore saying you had ever handed me source, yes I would probably share it at this point.
You are all greedy people, yet you think you have the right to sit here and bicker because there is no progress ONLY MORE FIGHTING!
P.S.
We'll see how many hypocrites exist in this section when the arabs "STEAL" the next set of server files...:3

Find any other real DEV in this forum that will share your opinion about your release behaviour^^
If i created something it should be my decision to share or not and not yours  that's all! The Open Source Part is a nice idea but the devs should be able to decide in their own if they want to share their work! And don't compare paid work with the work of the devs in this section. That are two different things!
Btw you forgot pyrok in your credits since the Dumping Tool is build on his code.

Point being, he gave me the files after that it was up to my decision. Again he was fully credited for all work involved which was the better part of acre 90% or better. But the name ACRE, the design concept, the features, the tab system all my concepts. This tool was designed under very specific requests, my requests. Which makes it mine, also making it mine to release.

Heyho,
Since it's the 1st of April, I thought about releasing my Resource Editor.
I think the most of you should know what it does, so I don't descripe it anymore further.
It supports 90% of all rdb-files, containing Merge, Import to Database, Save, Open & Load From Database.
