I do not see any reason in creating a new thread for asking to stick your other thread, why didn't you just post it in the other thread.
Furthermore, all released tools are/will be shared on the crappy download center site anyway, and due to the fact that Tofrum is spam-pushing his thread about the download center, everyone should be informed about his site.
