Guys When Im Play Eliterappelz7.3 Private server i see Admin can Make *** Joker

*** Joker Have Special Skills He Can Give Special Priest Buff 750+ and her HP and MP is 1 b

Please How can i make this *** Joker ?

1. You have to insert the skills in the SkilltreeResource.
2. You have to insert the skills into the Client. (db_skilltreeresource.rdb)
