I have strange problem in this sql file(skillResource) :s

but i have checked i have 127 columns into insert and into values i have 127 col too...
and the most strange is : some lines(with exactly same syntaxe) are working? why i really don't understand :/

roblema in the format of numbers - the comma as the separator between the integer and fractional parts
The second problem has not manifested the date format - dd.mm.yyyy
