okay now i am running the auth server, upload server, herlock server

I run the bat file get to the log in

default user as per the guide is admin admin, but when i try it and click connect it tells me cant connect to the log in server. lol what am i missing now?

Open your eyes and look into the guide!

You have to type:

1. start_service
2. set game.open_external 1

into the auth server...

Next time you should try to solve your problems on your own!

okay I know this may be frustrating.

But i did do as the guide says.

1 - i type start service and then I get the following



when i type in step 2..... nothing happens



and yes i did hit enter

now I agree I am very nub when it comes to this, but I can read, and followed the guide to the best of my abilities here guys

1. your bat file:

Start SFrame.exe /auth_ip:10.0.0.5 /locale:ASCII /country:US /cash /commercial_shop

2. your gameserver login server ip:

127.0.0.1(12688)

Look into the guide and compare EVERYTING with your gameserver.opt and bat-file.

Oh , in Game server Login.IP , should be ur adress IP and not 127.0.0.1 so go check GameServer again , and change it

okay i see. the guide i have is for 6.2 so the gameserver file in 7.3 is alot more involved.

I changed the following:


S io.auth.ip:127.0.0.1
S io.ip_address:10.0.0.5
S io.port:12688

now the auth server shoes my lan ip address instead of 127.0.0.1

what is still confusing me is :

1- i type start_service and i get an okay
2 - i type set game.open_external 1 (and nothign happens) is something supposed to come up?

for set game.open external 1 , it's okey ^^nothing happen yes

in S io.ip_adress : U should put ur adress IP (go hamachi to know ur adress IP)

okay then as far as all that you guys have told me i have done right now. but i still get a cant connect to server error when i type in a username and password. I am really sorry I am so annoying. its just so close to working
