IP's don't randomly change Gavsta unless the server is hosted on a PC connected to a router. If you want to know how to make the IP static and stop it from rotating pm me and I'll help ya out.

No not everyday, We have had alot of maintenance lately due to some issues but all have been fixed now so if anything maybe once aweek but only maybe.
