[Request] Private server

I am looking for a private server, that just is like a gm server. where u can get anything for free, and amazing exp, so you can test everything. I have searched for a while, and many servers like this, the gms/admins are never on. I just want a stable one that is online at least 5 hours/day.

I dont want any comments about, just search! noob.
I have searched, i have not found one.
Nor do i want any, come to ______! when your exp is x25, i already play on servers you actually have to do stuff on.
I do not care if it is hamachi, if it is just don't be offline for 5 days out of the week.

you can try rappelz seraph. 20x exp but pretty stable

In my opinion 20x isn't that "amazing exp so you can test everyhting"...

Well either play as long as you want on lower exp servers or play 3 hours a day on high exp server which are offline half of the day.
