Making "NEW" Items

I was looking at the Item db and wanted to make a totaly new item like say a 1h will of the gods. is there anyway of doing that?

Hmmm really ..... I was thinking since you could change the stats and rank of an item there would be some way to change the 2h to 1h as well ....
