A private server is a server owned and ran ... well, privately - not by a company. Age of Rappelz is technically a private server.

your drop tables either Buged or not added.

What you dont realise if u push the drop rate higher it infact give a lesser chance sometimes of rare drops coz the junk drops get a massive boost to their drop rates it overrights them.

Dark would have to find each mob a nd manauly edit them...which isnt easy since the drop tables arnt simple.

Totally agree with Hammer, By raising it like we currently have... It raises the drop rate for everything.. and what is it that you get most.. Dumb cards, silly rings, and useless pots for different ranks.. What I am working on however is to edit this manually, Which I tell you will be done and edited in our main page.. As the other fixes and stuff that i have edited in the tables.
