I don't know the one in yellow, but the orange one. Read the first page first and edit your characters permission from 0 to 1, then your char gets GM permissions. Restart Auth & Game server and launch your server again, login and use the shout function "!message". The message will appear in orange color.

ist das dann normal das man dann selbst nicht sieht was man schreiben tut ? ich kann das auf mein bruder spiel sehen was ich schreibe aber bei mir selbst sehe ich das nicht. oder muss ich da was erst ändern damit ich das auch sehen kann.?

You can get timed stuff through the #insert_item command too, if you know the ID of the timed stuff you want...for example donation wings as Makenci already said, #insert_item(ItemID, 1, 1, 1, 2, "charname")
