For both you are safer using hardware devices. Software cheats are easy to detect even if they run externally. The only thing is dedicated cheating hardware isn’t cheap.
For software
Any trusted provider for esp on the list. private is ideal but those are expensive and arguably riskier in regards to rats (imo). There’s some solid promising new stuff from what I’m seeing. Haven’t tried any of it out yet tho as when I was cheating it was CA and Crusader nothing else rly worked or was up. I wouldn’t use either of those tbh.
Ai is telling me ahk can send commands to a program called vjoy (or something similar if you can find it) which can achieve a basic anti recoil effect. I wouldn’t recommend this though as it appears like this input would not blend with your Rstick it would stack ontop creating an unfavorable aiming while firing mechanic.
For hardware esp obviously dma cheats will always be safest
For hardware macros I always say I love my xim matrix, I’ve never been banned using it and it’s so nice. You can completely customize your inputs In whatever way you see fit. Lots of people use it on console, but all of the features are also available on pc and work the exact same way (there’s even some extra ones you can use on console). You can achieve a practical 0 recoil effect for every weapon though since you’re not altering game files it will never be perfect. It’s also 10x easier to create your own macros using it because you can simply trace the guns recoil pattern to create a per bullet script for it. It’s also 100% UD if you configure your macros with realistic human timing. This is an example of the xim for native pc

It’s expensive but worth every penny. You can prob create something that functions similarly with a teensly 4.1 or maybe arduino.
