To get things started: I think it's currently quite difficult with R6 software in general. Over the last 1–2 years, there have been significant anti-cheat updates and a lot of detections.
On top of that, R6 is pretty strict with stat bans right now. This means that if your K/D or headshot ratio spikes unnaturally or behaves suspiciously, that alone could be a reason for a ban.
My personal experience with
Lethal has been fairly good overall. I've been banned 4–5 times, but I can't really say whether it was due to me or Lethal itself, so I won’t make any assumptions. If you're only planning to play on an alt account for a week, Lethal would be a solid option, especially since the pricing is still reasonable.
Mojojojo seems to have a solid reputation, but I haven't used it myself, so I can't say much about it.
Regarding
SinfulXP: This provider is application-based and invite-only.
Google "SinfulEXP", there you'll find more info.
According to them, they've been undetected since December 2021, which seems fairly realistic. The owner is also very polite. However, there's a catch, you absolutely cannot have any coding or reverse-engineering tools on your system. That means if you have software like IDA, Cheat Engine, ReClass, VS, etc., you won’t be able to get in.
As for
Crusader, opinions are mixed, and you're right about that. I haven't tried it myself, but from what I've heard, it should be fine for about a week. It just depends on whether you're looking for something short-term or if you want to keep playing longer.
