Will I be banned for squadding with a cheater for ~10 ranked games? They use Ring-1, and have a pretty high kd/a and w/l ratio.

And is there any way to reduce likelihood of ban, such as playing soloque games/casual?

They just don’t ban for “boosting” anymore. This did happen a quite a few years ago, but hasn’t been a thing for a very long time. All that will happen is that if they get banned you lose the elo you gained with them also known as “rollback”
