Both Neko and NF pulled their cheats after unique builds. Also interested if anyone makes one.

That's interesting, I never hear about cheats like that. Are there many sellers of DMA cheats or is it pretty underground?

Depends on the game. Rust has multiple providers
EFT has multiple
Valorant has multiple
The Cycle,PUBG, Squad, Hunt Showdown, etc.

It's not hard to find providers for them, especially now that just about anyone can buy them from multiple DMA sellers like enigma and lurker for fairly cheap.

A separate computer is doing all the work for the cheat. The computer running the game has nothing cheat related stored on it. Unless the cheat is doing something stupid like writing to memory it’s much harder to detect. DMA custom firmwares are usually what gets detected not the cheat itself.

TLDR it’s overkill for most anti cheats and for most cheaters.

If you want piece of mind regarding your accounts safety, it isn’t overkill at all

ik bit late but my friend told me about elysian-dma.com (i never used so i have no clue if good or anything but its dma and r6 so worth a try ig free for 4 days still)
