Kinetic is a cheat that can do this. It just kills the whole lobby instantly (there are a few more aswell) such as Badping

Well kinetic is a slotted cheat and I doubt you would be able to get it l. The dev is also very private. So it recommend you bad ping. Add me on discord if you want
