You will get banned through any website. Just don't buy it for cheap at all, not worth it.

As far as I know, you get at most a 7 day ban. If you buy credits again you will be banned forever

There is a safe and functional way without ban risk:

You need:
1. a good VPN (I use NorthVPN)
2.
3.
4.

What you can do: create a new Uplay account, buy the games of your choice from the Brazil Shop, activate them using VPN and then have fun - ideally without using cheats
