Think about it. Letting people make more money to get more money at the end. Germany does it too, tax evasion up to x amount even though they know you're evading taxes and then demand more money. battleye does it too by detecting cheats, but only banning accounts as soon as it's more worth.

One of the better products in the market. Comes with a built-in spoofer, and great detection record.
Been on thr R6 scene for a long while as well.

Oh yeah I get it they do this in the US too in certain legal situations, even very low level. For example a chain store might let you shoplift over and over again until you reach an amount of money that would make the thefts a felony level.
