So let me get this straight; You claim to support Vulkan API to have people buy your cheat to use it with Vulkan but it turns out you lied to them and there is 0 vulkan support. Next, you promise them a refund but in reality you're full of **** and give 0 refunds? What a scamming scum you are *****.

I was wrong on that statement because I was in a confused state, of course everyone asking me about Vulkan I'm saying that we dont supporting it at the moment.

If there is an issue I don't think he will help you. All I have seen is rude responses. I would take it up with epvper staff.

I forgot that one time to make an epvp trade, now he dodged the bullet aka the ban.
Mods here don't do anything besides deleting my post/proof that he scammed me.
I'll still try my best to warn other people about him on as many platforms as I can(only when I have the time), but it doesn't help. He should be banned.

He was on confused state man you should give him time and he will be back in normal state... with refund
