Help me About buffs longer

Anybody knows how to make the buffs Much longer for example when my clown Bragi's my Bio it only last for 30 sec how can i make it minutes. Because some of other player are much longer like when i see gypsy and clown skill loki's even the loki's is cancel i can't use my skill T_T how can i make it longer help me THANKS !!! Sorry for my bad english

This is not possible. The duration of a skill is serverside and you can't change this.
