that depends on what u mean with hack items!
if u mean with hack items, items which u had get from a hacked acc, yes gms are able to find them because of the reason that every item has an own id! that means, u have two aoa, one of them has an id and the other has a different id!
BUT: on a private servers the gms are too lazy to check the id´s of items! on official servers its another thing! there the gm´s using special programs which helps them to find the hacked items!
