How to use Oracle bot

I thougth about that Oracle bot and that some people dont know how to use it (same as me) because u can't find a website that tells u how to use the oracle bot, so can somebody tell me how to start boting (that would be useful for other players too)?

P.S. Please explain CLERLY how to use Oracle bot.

As far as I know Oracle works with PWI (I tested it myself, it works but I dont know how to start it).

i tried the oracle bot and it works!
so far that i know...you should input in the config.ini PWI\element\elementclient.exe
if this done the game will start
if you already log in the MENU will appear...
find bot in the lowest position on menu..you can set the bot
for run it...at the bot position use your right arrow and choose Target id

What do u mean?
I already have menue thing on pwi and I click on it but it is only showing info of what is on and what is off.....
