Just write your own little script in AutoIt or similar to rename your window. It can be done with a few lines of code.

edit: one line of code

use this funciton in AutoIt:

WinSetTitle ( "title", "text", "newtitle" )

or use this.. run all the multiclients then run this program and it will rename them to element client #1, #2 etc.
