sELedit Config Update

Hey all,
I managed to update sELedit config for the latest PWI 1.5.0 v88 elements.data
Thought I'd share since I'm not sure if this tool is still being updated.

Extract this to <sELedit folder>/configs and you'll be able to open the latest elements.data

Enjoy.
