Very useful tool for looking up all the items, skills ID's in the perfect world element.data database file.

YOu can, but the elements.data is synced serverside, so it would still be the original price. Or your client crashes/doesnt load characters.

Depends on what you define as "working"... this is mainly usefull for private servers.
No, you can NOT "cheat" anything to be 1 coin.
