You dont need a multiclient.

Just start elementclient.exe directly. They removed the check (which was easy to bypass anyways) at version 280 if I remember correctly.

they didn't even remove the check, they rendered it useless by changing the title of the client, which was exactly what most multiclienters did

Actually as of the newest Earthguard patch you no longer need a multiclient utility as it is directly allowed by pwi. Just press the start button a second time for a second window -,-
