Use this method if the server is ONLINE & People are logged in, ELSE use Seek & Destroy.
Reason: The DB will find a different "First empty slot" than the gameserver. This results in disconnects all over the place. Better safe than sorry.

UPDATE _items SET RefItemID = 12 WHERE RefItemID = IDHERE

This replaces all arena coins with another item (dont ask me what 12 is.. probably a 1dg swords).
