What about the one I provided above? You could download that and try to see if it's working. But I'm afraid we need to wait for Basty or someone to make the client working.

Also there will be a game called Monster Hunter Online, it will use CryEngine 3, is there a chance to make a private server for it when it comes out?

Now the easyiest / best way is to wait for Monster Hunter Online. It is Free2Play and will be released on Global Platform... lets wait for it =) Sure it's not the same as Frontier ,but the heck , it is Monster Hunter !
