Perma ban or temporary ban?

After botting overnight, i could not open my account saying "cant retrieve game data from server"

I used my other account and i can play it just fine.

I have read a lot of post about this too, no one can confirm yet but a lot have been getting these "bans"

Perma or tempo?
Who knows..

server has problems.

soft ban 2 - 72 hours, you can try

to unban.

There is some new sort of temp-ban which can't be fixed with spinning stops, so no bot can unban you at the moment, you can only wait and bot another account.
And as always, check

for server status, many problems occur because of unstable or down servers.

Im playing in the uae, game is not yet released here so cant check on server status lol

Maybe they are applying the update on the downed server.

Could be this:

"Your account was permanently terminated for violations of the Pokémon GO Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to: falsifying your location, using emulators, modified or unofficial software and/or accessing Pokémon GO clients or backends in an unauthorized manner including through the use of third party software."

Just in case an account is baned, you would recieve some kind of hint I guess. Like on the loading screen, or an e-mail.
Everthing else wouln't make sense. If everone fills out that form yust because he/she got log-in trouble they would be overwhelmed by unban requests.

I doubt that. I can log in on my other accounts and play except my main which is botted most of the time.

Hmm strange. Looks like the opposite to me, because i tried with an other acc that wasnt online for maybe a week and have the same problem there. Cant help myselfe with a new ip adress or regular unban method. :/
