Perma ban or temporary ban?

My account which botted overnight shows this message as well (cant retrieve blabla)

Other 2 accounts which i botted in the past still work. Hope its just temp

But that server status site says servers are down since 4h

my account works fine again, seemed to have a softabann (i could log into the app before too)

pokestops catching pokemon works fine.

Same here. A friend of mine got the idea that all suspicous accounts COULD be denied to load game data until they are checked by some sort of admin or script if there are verified information about bot using or not. But thats only an idea

Look, if the server is down, then none of my accounts should be able to log in. If that is so, why is that all other 6 accounrs i have can log in, but only this main account (which is always on bot) cant log in. Only this one account cant log in. Riddle me that.

I don't understand this, I can get items from pokestops and such but I can't catch anything or own a gym. It's almost been a day now is this permanent?
