I consistently see reviews of better performance with IZI, and that's been my experience personally. That said, the only way to know which works best for you is to test both.
I'd recommend running IZI for a month, then switching to Proofcore for a month and comparing the results. That will give you a clear, apples-to-apples comparison and show which performs better for your specific needs.
