Anquan is a well-known cheat in Asia. It used to get detected often, but I'm not sure if that's still the case. Pricing is around $95 per month or $10 per day. It wasn’t worth the price because it kept getting detected - at that price, you're better off going with something more reliable like IZI.
Edit: I just checked, and their official website is gone so they're probably only selling through marketplaces now.
Edit 2: I found them on a few marketplaces. Tt seems like that's their main way of advertising now.
