There is nothing you cant do yourself. They also just contact the PUBG Support and tell a story like "I got hacked" or "I runned some software tool and got a virus" and so on. You can also do that yourself or just use the service but keep in mind that you wont get a refund if the unban fails.
Unbanster was on elitepvpers for a while but got inactive after a lot of people made a complaint. He is inactive since 2020 on here.
