No it's not from me, somebody posted it on some discords. I guess you may be right - the background program in your picture is used to edit these messages - which I know is definitely possible.

the image is photoshopped but on their FIXPUBG website they are gonna add HWID banning in the near future. Byebye 'lifetime' hacks xd

the background program in his picture is visual studio with a c# project open :-D

I would not use visual studio to edit pictures in C# xD
