how are they fake? Ive used them before... they are just simple macros, pretty much brings your mouse down everytime you click it, its hard to learn becaue its natural for you to pull your mouse down to control recoil, but the macro does it for you, and sometimes too much so you have to pull up instead of down which can throw of your aim.
I find their single tap macros to be the most useful, i dont know about their security, but ive used them a while back, nothing special.
