[Help]Teleport hack bug?

Hi people, i found the coordinates pointers with CE, but when i modify it, it teleports but if i try to move the player goes back.. Why? How can i make this working?
And i have values like 2640,62005
How can i know what is the x y and z? Thanks in advance
