Keep in mind that many payment processors don't rely solely on hardware IDs. Depending on the platform, they may also use things like Windows Machine GUIDs, installation IDs, TPM data, BIOS/SMBIOS information, disk serials, MAC addresses, browser fingerprinting, cookies, local storage, IP reputation, account history, and other device fingerprinting methods.
Because of that, a typical "HWID spoofer" may not be enough if the goal is to appear as a completely new device. Some services don't even use traditional HWID checks at all and instead focus on browser and behavioral fingerprints.
Before spending money on a spoofer, try to find out what type of identifier is actually being used. Otherwise you could end up changing hardware values that the payment processor never checks in the first place.
