In general it is always possible to spoof your location, if you have full control over a device or network. I'm not quite sure what you mean by spoofing a location when you're actually at the location?

Now what you do is if you are unsure of what abilities you should have picked at earlier lvls you go ahead and complete the respec mission. DONT USE THE RESPEC!. Go and follow instructions and transfer your character to test server....
